• SaaS Backup & Restore Development – Designed and implemented backup and restore support for third-party SaaS applications using internal platform services and vendor APIs. Evaluated candidate platforms by analyzing REST APIs, identifying technical limitations, and determining their suitability for integration into Rewind’s backup platform. Developed support for Atlassian Confluence and expanded functionality for Jira and Jira Service Management.
• API Integration & Distributed Systems – Built backup and restore workflows that interacted with complex object models, parent-child relationships, and asynchronous APIs. Validated data as it flowed through distributed AWS services, ensuring customer information was successfully collected, indexed, and restored while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
• Test Automation & Continuous Delivery – Designed and developed the company’s first browser-based end-to-end automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, later migrating to Taiko to better support the React front end. Automated testing across Shopify, BigCommerce, and QuickBooks Online while integrating test execution into GitHub CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployment workflows
