• Supporting Production Infrastructure – Supported and improved a production SaaS environment hosted in AWS, working across both Windows and Linux infrastructure. Diagnosed production issues involving cloud services, networking, application services, and customer integrations, with a focus on improving reliability, reducing operational risk, and maintaining service availability..
• Automation & Operational Improvements – Developed Python and PowerShell automation to reduce manual operational work, simplify maintenance, and improve day-to-day support activities. Built internal tools and deployment utilities that increased consistency, reduced human error, and allowed engineering teams to operate more efficiently.
• Hybrid Cloud & Customer Environments – Investigated complex production issues spanning cloud infrastructure, customer-managed virtual machines, on-premise systems, networking, and third-party integrations. Worked across multiple technology layers to identify root causes that could not be reproduced in standard development environments.
• Engineering Projects – Contributed to engineering initiatives that improved the deployment and supportability of the product, including a guided MSI installer for the QuickBooks connector, a redesigned SaaS-to-on-premise connectivity architecture, product enhancements, and reliability improvements that reduced operational complexity for both customers and internal teams.
